Counter Notification

If you believe that content you uploaded was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notification. Your counter notification must include the following:

2. Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location at which the material appeared before it was removed

3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of a mistake or misidentification

4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address

5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts in your country of residence, and that you will accept service of process from the person who submitted the original DMCA notification or their agent

Repeat Infringers

Fanelix has a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, user accounts that are deemed to be repeat copyright infringers. We may also, at our discretion, limit access to the platform or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly upload infringing content.

Fanelix reserves the right to modify this DMCA Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the website.
