Creator Agency Revenue Authorization & Consent Policy

Last updated: January 2, 2026

This Creator Agency Revenue Authorization & Consent Policy ("Policy") explains how Creators may authorize Agencies to manage their accounts and receive a percentage of Creator earnings on the Fanelix platform.

This Policy applies to all Creators and Agencies using Agency features on Fanelix and supplements the Fanelix Terms and Conditions, Agency Terms and Conditions, Agency Earnings, Revenue Share & Payouts Policy, and all other applicable Fanelix policies. In the event of a conflict, this Policy governs matters relating to Creator consent and revenue authorization.

1. Purpose of This Policy

Fanelix allows Creators to work with third party Agencies who may manage accounts, publish content, communicate with Customers, and receive a revenue share.

This Policy exists to:

  • Confirm that Creator consent is explicit and informed

  • Define how revenue sharing is authorized

  • Clarify responsibility and liability

  • Protect Creators, Agencies, and Fanelix from disputes

2. Creator Authorization Requirement

  1. An Agency may only receive a share of Creator earnings if the Creator has explicitly authorized such revenue sharing through the Fanelix platform.

  2. Authorization must be completed using Fanelix provided tools and confirmation steps.

  3. Verbal agreements or off platform contracts are not recognized by Fanelix.

  4. Fanelix relies solely on the authorization recorded within the platform.

3. Scope of Authorization

When a Creator authorizes an Agency, the Creator agrees that:

  1. The Agency may manage certain aspects of the Creator account as permitted by Fanelix features.

  2. A defined percentage of eligible Creator earnings will be allocated to the Agency.

  3. Fanelix is authorized to calculate, split, and distribute earnings accordingly.

  4. The Agency will receive its share directly from Fanelix.

Authorization applies only to the Creators and percentages selected and does not grant Agencies any ownership of Creator accounts or content.

4. Revenue Share Percentage

  1. The revenue share percentage is selected or approved by the Creator within the platform.

  2. The percentage applies to Net Earnings as defined in the Agency Earnings, Revenue Share & Payouts Policy.

  3. Fanelix does not verify fairness, reasonableness, or compliance of Agency Creator agreements.

  4. Any disputes regarding revenue percentages are solely between the Creator and the Agency.

5. Effective Date and Application

  1. Authorization becomes effective on the date confirmed by the Creator within the platform.

  2. Revenue sharing applies only to earnings generated after the effective date.

  3. Past earnings are not retroactively adjusted unless explicitly supported by Fanelix features.

6. Modification or Revocation of Authorization

  1. Creators may modify or revoke Agency authorization using Fanelix tools.

  2. Changes apply prospectively only.

  3. Earnings generated before revocation remain payable according to the authorization in effect at the time.

  4. Fanelix is not responsible for notifying Agencies of revocation beyond platform updates.

7. Creator Responsibility

Creators acknowledge and agree that:

  1. They are responsible for reviewing and understanding Agency agreements.

  2. They bear all risks related to Agency relationships.

  3. Fanelix does not act as an advisor, representative, or mediator.

  4. Fanelix is not liable for losses arising from Agency arrangements.

8. Platform Reliance and Recordkeeping

  1. Fanelix records authorization details for operational and compliance purposes.

  2. These records are considered authoritative for payout calculations.

  3. Creators acknowledge that Fanelix may rely on these records in the event of disputes.

9. Disputes Between Creators and Agencies

  1. Disputes regarding management, revenue sharing, or compensation are private matters.

  2. Fanelix will not arbitrate or resolve such disputes.

  3. Fanelix may suspend or restrict Agency access if required for compliance or investigation purposes.

10. No Employment or Partnership

Authorization does not create:

  • An employment relationship

  • A partnership

  • A joint venture

  • A fiduciary duty

Between the Creator, the Agency, or Fanelix.

11. Compliance and Enforcement

Fanelix may suspend or revoke Agency access if:

  • Authorization is invalid or disputed

  • Fraud or abuse is suspected

  • Platform policies are violated

Such actions may occur without prior notice.

12. Changes to This Policy

Fanelix may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of Agency features constitutes acceptance of the updated Policy.
