Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("Policy") governs the use of the Fanelix platform by all users, including Customers, Creators, and Agencies. It sets out rules for acceptable and prohibited behavior to ensure a safe, lawful, and respectful environment.

This Policy forms part of the Fanelix Terms of Service and applies to all access to and use of the Fanelix website, applications, and services ("Platform").

1. Purpose of This Policy

Fanelix is designed to enable Creators to share content and interact with Customers in a controlled and lawful manner. This Policy exists to:

• Prevent misuse and abuse of the Platform

• Protect users, partners, and Fanelix

• Ensure compliance with applicable laws

• Maintain platform integrity and trust

2. Who This Policy Applies To

This Policy applies to:

• All registered users

• Visitors accessing the Platform

• Creators and Customers

• Agencies and their representatives

All users are responsible for ensuring their actions comply with this Policy.

3. Lawful Use Requirement

Users must use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations.

Any illegal activity conducted on or through the Platform is strictly prohibited.

4. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Fanelix.

4.1 Platform Abuse and Misuse

• Circumventing security features or safeguards

• Attempting unauthorized access to accounts or systems

• Interfering with platform performance or availability

• Reverse engineering or scraping the Platform

4.2 Fraud, Deception, and Misrepresentation

• Providing false or misleading information

• Impersonating another person or entity

• Manipulating payments, refunds, or chargebacks

• Artificially inflating engagement or metrics

4.3 Harassment and Harmful Conduct

• Harassment, threats, or intimidation

• Hate speech or discriminatory behavior

• Exploitation or coercion of others

• Non-consensual or abusive conduct

4.4 Content Violations

• Uploading content that violates Fanelix Content Policies

• Sharing content without proper rights or consent

• Copyright infringement or piracy

• Distribution of malware or harmful files

4.5 Messaging and Communication Abuse

• Spam or mass unsolicited messages

• Automated messaging without authorization

• Deceptive sales practices

• Emotional manipulation or pressure tactics

4.6 Sexual Exploitation and Minors

• Any content involving minors is strictly prohibited

• Grooming, exploitation, or sexualization of minors is forbidden

• Attempts to bypass age verification are prohibited

This results in immediate account termination and reporting to authorities where required.

5. Agency-Specific Obligations

Agencies must:

• Act within authorized permissions

• Represent Creators honestly

• Avoid deceptive growth practices

• Comply with the Agency Code of Conduct

Violations by an Agency may result in enforcement against both the Agency and affected Creator accounts.

6. Reporting Violations

Users may report violations of this Policy through Fanelix support channels.

Fanelix encourages prompt reporting of suspected misuse or abuse.

7. Enforcement Actions

Fanelix may take enforcement action at its sole discretion, including but not limited to:

• Content removal

• Account warnings

• Feature restrictions

• Temporary suspension

• Permanent account termination

• Withholding or reversal of earnings

Enforcement decisions are final and may be taken without prior notice.

8. No Circumvention

Users must not attempt to bypass enforcement actions, restrictions, or bans, including by creating new accounts.

9. Relationship to Other Policies

This Policy should be read together with:

• Agency and Creator specific policies

10. Changes to This Policy

Fanelix may update this Policy at any time. Continued use of the Platform after updates are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Policy.
