This Agency Code of Conduct ("Code") sets out the standards of behavior and professional conduct required of all Agencies operating on the Fanelix platform.
This Code applies to all actions taken by an Agency, its owners, employees, contractors, or representatives when accessing or using Fanelix, managing Creator accounts, or interacting with Customers.
This Code supplements the Fanelix Terms and Conditions and the Agency Terms and Conditions. Failure to comply may result in enforcement action, including suspension or termination.
Agencies must operate in a lawful, ethical, and professional manner at all times.
Agencies must:
Act honestly and transparently
Treat Creators and Customers with respect
Conduct business in good faith
Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
Agencies must not misrepresent their role.
Agencies must:
Not claim to be Fanelix employees, partners, or official representatives
Clearly act only as Creator representatives
Avoid deceptive marketing or false promises
Where required or applicable, Agencies should disclose that interactions or content may be managed by a team rather than the Creator personally.
Agencies must follow strict communication rules.
Agencies must not:
Send spam, mass unsolicited messages, or automated DMs
Harass, pressure, manipulate, or coerce Customers
Use misleading or deceptive sales tactics
Engage in aggressive upselling or emotional manipulation
All messaging must comply with Fanelix content and acceptable use rules.
The following practices are strictly prohibited:
Fake likes, follows, or engagement
Artificial activity inflation
Bot usage or automation without written approval
Engagement pods or manipulation schemes
Misleading promotional tactics
Agencies must ensure that all content:
Is authorized by the Creator
Does not infringe intellectual property rights
Complies with Fanelix content policies
Is lawful and appropriate for the platform
Agencies must not upload or distribute content without proper rights or consent.
Agencies must:
Act in the best interests of the Creators they manage
Respect Creator boundaries, consent, and instructions
Avoid exploitative, abusive, or coercive practices
Disputes between Agencies and Creators are private matters and are not managed by Fanelix.
Agencies must:
Use designated Agency Accounts
Protect login credentials
Not share access improperly
Immediately report security breaches
Agencies are responsible for all actions taken through their accounts.
Agencies must:
Handle personal data lawfully and securely
Comply with data protection laws, including GDPR where applicable
Not misuse, sell, or improperly disclose Customer or Creator data
Agencies must:
Cooperate with Fanelix investigations
Provide information when reasonably requested
Take corrective action when notified of violations
Failure to cooperate may result in enforcement actions.
Violations of this Code may result in one or more of the following:
Warnings
Feature restrictions
Temporary suspension
Permanent termination of Agency Accounts
Removal of managed Creator access
Fanelix reserves full discretion in enforcement decisions.
Compliance with this Code does not guarantee continued access to Agency features or success on the platform. Fanelix does not endorse or guarantee any Agency services or outcomes.
Fanelix may update this Code at any time. Continued use of Agency features constitutes acceptance of the updated Code.
