For the purposes of data protection law, Fanelix is the data controller for personal data processed via Fanelix.com and related services.

13) User content visibility & deletion
Content you publish may be viewed, shared, or downloaded by others. Removing content from your profile does not guarantee it is removed from caches, archives, or copies made by others. Consider this before you post.
14) Automated decision-making
We do not engage in automated decision-making that produces legal or similarly significant effects without human involvement. If this changes, we will provide required notices and safeguards.
