This Content Moderation Policy ("Policy") explains how Fanelix reviews, moderates, restricts, and removes content on the platform. It is intended to provide transparency around moderation processes while preserving Fanelix’s right to enforce its rules.
This Policy applies to all content uploaded, posted, shared, or distributed on Fanelix by Creators, Agencies, or other users.
1. Purpose of Moderation
Fanelix aims to maintain a safe, lawful, and respectful platform for users while allowing Creators to express themselves within defined boundaries.
Content moderation exists to:

Protect users and third parties

Prevent abuse, fraud, and exploitation

Maintain platform integrity
2. Scope of Moderation
Content subject to moderation includes, but is not limited to:

Images, videos, audio, and text

Messages and comments

Profile information and usernames

Live streams and interactive features
-
Metadata, thumbnails, and descriptions
Moderation applies regardless of whether content is public, private, paid, or free.
3. How Moderation Works
Fanelix uses a combination of:

Fanelix does not guarantee that all prohibited content will be detected immediately.
4. Moderation Actions
Fanelix may take one or more of the following actions:

Withhold or reverse earnings

Limit platform features
Actions may be taken without prior notice.
5. No Obligation to Host Content
Fanelix reserves the right, but does not assume an obligation, to host, display, or distribute any content. Content may be removed at any time at Fanelix’s discretion.
6. Reporting Content
Users may report content they believe violates Fanelix policies.
Reports are reviewed based on available information. Submitting false or abusive reports may result in enforcement action.
7. Appeals Process
Where applicable, users may submit an appeal regarding moderation decisions.

Fanelix is not required to restore removed content.
8. Agency-Managed Content
Where content is uploaded or managed by an Agency:

The Creator remains responsible for the account

Agency actions are attributed to the Creator

Enforcement may apply to both Agency and Creator accounts
9. Illegal and High-Risk Content
Certain content results in immediate action, including:

Content involving minors
-
Non-consensual content
-
Human trafficking or exploitation
-
Terrorism or extreme violence
-
Illegal goods or services
Such content may be reported to relevant authorities where required by law.
10. DMCA and Copyright
Copyright related content is handled under the Fanelix DMCA Policy.
Repeated copyright violations may result in account termination.
11. No Guarantees or Liability
Fanelix does not guarantee:

Continuous access to content

Accuracy or fairness of moderation outcomes

Preservation of earnings related to removed content
Fanelix is not liable for losses resulting from moderation actions taken in good faith.
12. Policy Updates
Fanelix may update this Policy at any time. This Policy is effective upon posting.
